- Full refund if guest cancels 5 or more days before check-in
- If they cancel later: you keep first night’s payment + 50% of remaining nights
- You keep all for nights they stayed
Non-refundable Option
- You can offer a discounted price that comes with no refund under any circumstances. Guests choose this if they want a cheaper price and are sure about their dates.
